Being hosted by Qatar, and according to Wikipedia this one is now also probably going to be moved due to the weather to January 2024.
This potentially messes up my pre-season predictions. However, I could just predict that it won't be played in 2023. Would that be a valid prediction (like predicting the 2020 Copa America would be postponed)? I think it would be.
And would predicting that the 2023 African Cup of Nations won't be played in 2023 be a valid prediction? That seems to have already been decided, so I'm unsure about that one.
