From MH@21:1/5 to All on Sat Dec 3 16:54:07 2022
Going back to 1958, because formats were different before, plus group
sizes were uneven. 2022 was the first time since 1994 that no team
achieved maximum points in the group stage - before that you go back to
    1962.

    2022 -- NONE.

2018 - three Croatia, Belgium, Uruguay

2014 - four. Netherlands, Colombia, Belgium, Argentina

    2010 - two Argentina, Netherlands

    2006 - 4 - Germany, Portugal, Brazil, Spain

    2002 - 2 Spain, Brazil (Champions)

    1998 - 2 France (Champions) Argentina

    1994 - 6 groups, no teams on 9 points.

1990 - 2 teams on six points, Italy, Brazil

1986 - 2 teams on six, Brazil, Denmark

1982 - 2 teams on six, Brazil, England

1978 - 4 groups, 1 team on six points (Italy)

1974 - 1 team on six points, Poland

    1970 - 2 teams on 6, Brazil (Champions), W. Germany

    1966 - 2 teams on 6, Portugal and USSR

    1962 - No teams

    1958 - No teams

Finishing on maximum points is not a particularly good predictor of who
    will win the cup.
