Implications for ENG-USA:
If ENG wins, they are qualified, though not necessarily in first place, USA-IRN likely to determine second place, even though Wales are not out of it mathematically.

With a draw, very similar scenario as above, but England will need a result against Wales to avoid any surprises.

USA wins, and both last day matches become critical.
