What's gone wrong for North Carolina Courage? They only ended 6th in the NWSL League standings last year, and this year they haven't even made it to the play-offs. It definitely looks like the end of an era for them.
Washington Spirit, the reigning Champions, didn't make it to the play-offs either. Was last year's Championship just a fluke?
