I'll copy the rules from last year:
- Before each European match day, pick 12 players eligible to play for one national team (or a group of national teams). No more than 5 forwards, no fewer than three defenders. Select a captain. Every goal scored by one of your Players is worth one point, every goal scored by your captain is worth 2 points. Your total score is equal to the total number of goals, plus a Formula
1-style Bonus for placement within the round.
Submit your teams before kickoff of the first leg (two early games on Tuesday, September 6).
Additional rules:
- You can make unlimited substitutions to your squad, as long as the club of both the subbed in and subbed out player have not kicked off their match
yet.
- Players' nationality is based on FIFA eligibility for national team rules. If a
player is eligible to play for more than one NT, he can be selected by managers of each of the NTs for which he is eligible. Example: Kemar Roofe
in 2020-2021 was eligible for both England and Jamaica. Since then he has declared for Jamaica, so he is only eligible for Jamaica (or CONCACAF).

A sub-Saharan Africa team could have a pretty strong core of strikers: Mane, Osimhen, Ekambi, and I'm sure I'm forgetting
many more.
Scholz Söldner are ready to take over from Merkel's Midfielders, and the Vikings will return.
Preliminary Viking team: Haaland (C)

(Valencia)
So Jonathan David and Lille went from league champions one year to not making Europe the next.
Don't forget the Surinamese - Sheraldo Becker even scores against Bayern,
and Tjaronn Chery is always good for a banger.
Ciao,
Werner
| DOMINICA | 1 |That's an error - that should be the Dominican Republic, and Mariano refuses to play for them.
I left it as uefa.com has it, and I wasn't aware Dominica existed!
Wikipedia has him a native of Spain, only played a friendly with the Dominican Republic, his mother's country. He is not cup tied to any
country.
| NIGER | 1 |Ali Mohamed (Maccabi Haifa) belongs in here. He's been wrongly labelled as Nigerian.
My fault. I have a map from XXX to country name, and made a mistake there. Fixed the map for next run, manually updated the db.

The gamemaster allows any combination that can defeat the Vikings
and that is within the bounds of reason. So yeah, an All Non-Western
Europe team would be acceptable.
