As much as I'd like to join you all in time travelling back to the 90's
by using a newsreader I can't get Thunderbird to work with Eternal
September despite following the instructions letter for letter. Besides,
Nova BBS seems closer to the Google Groups interface which I was used to.

Oh! Perhaps not so successful after all. Apparently I've now got to type
my password in again. How long does novaBBS keep you logged in for? I
haven't got to type in my password every day have I?
