If found guilty, what league do you put them in?

This would have to be a demotion/relegation offense.

I'd be really shocked if the Premier League demoted Manchester City... or
any of the Premier League's top names. It'd be like Turkey's voting for Christmas.

Unlike Everton a points deduction is an easy solution for Man City as even
a ten point deduction would still see them stay in the Premier League. So
it's easy to look like you're getting tough with Man City, but not
actually be tough at the same time. win/win

Blueshirt's prediction: Everton get their points deduction reduced to 5/6 points on appeal...

Over 100 different offenses in ten years, though, Blueshirt?

I mean, it can't be overstated that this is their entire top-level relevant period here.

Yes, and they will [almost certainly] get deducted points... but that
won't change the quality of their starting XI or the depth of their
    squad...

To put it in to perspective, if Manchester City had been deducted 50
points last season they would still have stayed in the Premier
    League!!!

A points deduction, large fine and possibly a transfer ban are the
most logical sanctions. Being stripped of titles is also a
    possibility.

But don't hold your breath as all that could still be a year or two
    away...

Which is why it needs to be outright and immediate demotion.

If not dissolution of the club.

    Sounds about right.

The original ten points deduction was way too harsh.
