Does this mean VAR decisions that were demonstrably incorrect, or at
least debatable, or is it just the raw score of goals changed by VAR,
which presumably would include many correct VAR decisions?

That's weird. Usually it's fans from rival clubs who relish pointing out when more equitable refereeing has resulted in fewer favourable calls for a certain team.

    Ciao,

The latter. These stats are just showing how VAR has improved officiating.

A much more meaningful analysis would be where VAR got it wrong (either by intervention, or lack of), such as the disallowed Liverpool goal against Tottenham.
