My hunch feeling for Euro 2024 first-time qualifier would be Luxembourg. They've been doing really well.

Luxembourg played a good campaign, but fell a bit short in the end (but still have the opportunity to make it via playoffs).

Nevertheless, there are two surprise teams that could clinch a first ever qualification for Euro 2024 with an away win on the last matchday -
Moldova in Prague, and Kazakhstan in Ljubljana.

Albania could too I think; that would be a major surprise.

Albania have already qualified, but it's not a first since they also qualified for Euro 2016 in France.

Serbia have qualified, which is a first for them as Serbia (they last played Euro 2000 still as Federal Republic of Yugoslavia).

Quite strange how they failed to qualify for all Euros between 2004 and 2020 (which should be easier), but qualified for the World Cups
    2006, 2010, 2018 and 2022 (which should be harder).
