On 07 Mar 2022, Matt Goetz <namblamemberssss@gop.org> posted some news:t05lo2$28e2u$37@news.freedyn.de:

Megan Rapinoe certainly fucked up the support for US women's soccer.
Along came Dylan Mulvaney to shit in Megan's tuna twat.

Bud Light was serenaded with boos on social media even when it tries to
voice support for the US Women’s soccer team.

The embattled beer brand, which has faced backlash and boycotts over its ill-fated partnership with trans influencer Dylan Mulvaney, issued a
two-word tweet ahead of the team’s World Cup opener Down Under on
    Friday.

“Let’s goooooo,” Bud Light’s official account posted Thursday morning,
tagging the soccer squad alongside an American flag emoji.

The company’s attempt at showing patriotic pride, however, was quickly
    shouted down.

“Women’s? Or just whomever says they are women?” one user replied.

Another warned: “Don’t drag them down with you!”

Bud Light has seen its sales tank since Mulvaney’s touted the brand on
    April 1.

“Let’s goooooo buy some Modelo,” another wrote, referencing the brand
that is threatening to overtake Bud Light as the nation’s top-selling
    beer.

“A root canal would be preferable to having a Bud,” another tweeted.

Another chimed in: “Still waiting for that apology for pushing Trans
    Agenda.”

Bud Light’s parent company Anheuser-Busch has steadfastly refused to
issue an apology over the Mulvaney campaign — despite the controversy
causing $27 billion loss in market value.

“They keep thinking we are going to forget,” the user wrote.

Mulvaney, who recently escaped to Peru to “feel safe,” has accused the
company of abandoning her and giving “customers permission to be as
transphobic and as hateful as they want.”

“For a company to hire a trans person and then not publicly stand by
them is worse than not hiring a trans person at all,” Mulvaney said in a
clip shared to TikTok last month.

The 26-year-old added: “Supporting trans people shouldn’t be political.
There should be nothing divisive or controversial about working with
    us.”

Her comments came a day after Anheuser-Busch CEO Brendan Whitworth
refused to say whether the company would ever work with Mulvaney again.

Mulvaney seems to be looking beyond brand endorsements for business now, calling on college campuses to reach out and book speaking opportunities
    with her.

“Booking speaking opportunities for the upcoming 23/24 school year and
would love to come visit,” she told her 2 million followers via
    Instagram stories on Wednesday.

She included an email address “for serious inquiries” and added “love
    ya!”

On Creative Arts Agency’s (CAA) website — the talent agency that
represents Mulvaney — she’s listed as a speaker who’s available to talk
on topics such as LGBTQIA+ advocacy, social media, women’s empowerment
as well as diversity, equity and inclusion.
