    At some point, UEFA's silly rule of using HTH as the first tie-breaker in small groups will lead to another consummated biscotto. It's just a matter of time.

    Sooo.... what actually happened was the perfect anti-Biscotto, Italy and Norway contriving to finish
    with the only result that sent both out.
