Transfermarkt has a list, but their database only counts Champions League wins, so one has to correct for that (e.g. Maldini has 8 appearances - correct - but only
three wins assigned - incorrect, two of his wins were pre-1993, so he has lost three
finals, not five).
Evra's four losses appear indeed to be the record.
Quite a lot of people on 3 (Maldini, Davids, Del Piero, van der Sar, a bunch of Benfica
players between 1963 and 1968,...).
