I was running in the same race as this gentleman on Sunday (Alastair

Whilst I was happy to run 13:08 for my 3000 metres he blasted around in
9:57, setting a new world record (for his age group)!
Apparently one of his training sessions consists of 20 x 400m with 30
second recoveries. Think I need to up my game a bit. ;-). Certainly
inspires me to keep pushing my limits.
