I guess it's Powers Great American Midways. They've bought a new giant
gondola Ferris wheel, this one around 90' tall. It's a brand new Wheel, and it's built so that the spreader bars between the sweeps are curved; the
result is that the whole thing looks like a gigantic spider web.
Accordingly, at the hub of the wheel is a giant illuminated (and apparently animated) spider.

Perhaps the best part is that this, the largest, most imposing ride on the midway, is named "Itsy Bitsy."
