Bill Ryan Joins WQAL Morning Show

Audacy Hot AC Q104 WQAL Cleveland has added Bill Ryan to its Q Morning Show alongside Morgan Wright.

Ryan previously worked at WQAL from 1996 to 2002. He has also served as
morning show producer for WRMF West Palm Beach from 2004 to 2009 and the syndicated Johnjay Rich Show based at KZZP Phoenix from 2009 to 2020.

Ryan had been serving as a fill-in host since February following Jeremiah Widmers departure in November. Widmer is set to return to the market next
week upon the completion of his non-compete clause.

Jonathan Ruppel Joins Townsquare Lansing As Director of Content & WITL
Brand Manager

Townsquare Media has announced the appointment of Jonathan JR Ruppel as
cluster Director of Content for Lansing MI and Brand Manager/afternoon host
at Country 100.7 WITL.

Ruppel, a native of nearby Flint, joins Townsquare from Saga Communications Portland ME where he has been PD/afternoon host at Country 101.9 WPOR since 2019. He previously spent seven years as Operations Manager of Sagas Harrisonburg VA cluster and has programmed East Texas Broadcastings Star Country 96.9 KSCN Mount Pleasant TX.

He fills the duties that had been held by McConnell Large Adams until last September. Adams remains with Townsquare Lansing focusing on his duties as
PD of AC 99.1 WFMK and PD/morning host at CHR 97.5 Now-FM WJIM-FM.
