Podcasting Now Makes up 10% of iHeart Revenue

That's what CEO Bob Pittman said on the iHeartMedia earnings call Thursday
as the company reported an overall revenue increase of just under 20% to
$843 million. Pittman said podcasting revenue jumped 79% over 2021 to $69 million.

Strong Quarter for Urban One

Urban One reported Q1 2022 revenue of $112.3 million, an increase of 22.9%
from Q1 2021. CEO Alfred Liggins was happy with the performance of every
Urban One division.

radio days when he worked at WKOA/WKOF in Hopkinsville, Kentucky.
Cunningham worked at the station for 22 years, as DJ, PD, and chief

$25 Million Cumulus Tender Offer

Cumulus Media has announced a "modified Dutch auction" tender offer to
purchase up to $25 Million of shares of its Class A common stock. The offer
is at a price not greater than $16.50 and not less than $14.50 per share of Class A common stock, to the tendering shareholder in cash.
