K99 Returns To Northern Colorado

After three plus years as New Country 99.1, Townsquare Media has returned
the heritage K99 branding to 99.1 KUAD-FM Windsor/Fort Collins CO.

No other changes accompanied the rebranding as the station continues to position as Northern Colorados New Country. The station continues to
feature A.J. Battalio and Shelby ‘Maxx’ Cohen in mornings, Townsquares national voicetracker Jessica Jess on the Job Rose in middays, Brand
Manager Matt Sparx in afternoons, Taste of Country Nights with Evan Paul in evenings, and Townsquares national Third Shift with Brett Alan in
overnights.

KUAD-FM rebranded as New Country 99.1 in February 2019 following the
departure of 30+ year morning team “The Good Morning Guys” of Brian Gary and Todd Harding. The K branding has since begun being used in the market
by Loud Media Classic Country K96.9 KYAP Nunn.

KUAD-FM tied for fourth in the Fall 2021 Nielsen Audio ratings with a 3.5
share in a crowded Country marketplace that also includes iHeartMedias Big
97.9 KXBG plus stations from the adjacent Cheyenne WY and Denver markets.

Hope Debuts In Burlington NC

Chuck Marsh’s Triad Media Partners has launched Christian AC Hope 104.5 on 920 WPCM Burlington-Graham/104.5 W283BT Burlington NC.

Marsh acquired WPCM/W283BT along with 1230 WMFR/104.5 W283CV High Point
from Curtis Media in January for $925,000. The new brand creates a duo with Country “Maverick” 1200 WSML Graham/94.3 W232DT Mebane/95.1 W236BO Burlington.

The new Hope 104.5 features local pastor Kurt Ward and Angie Hayes in
mornings as Ward moves over from the same daypart on WSML. Carol Howard
will host middays and Stephen Hinton afternoons.

Michelle Taylor Joins WALL

Neversink Media Classic Hits WALL Radio 1340 WALL Middletown/101.5 WPDH-HD2 Poughkeepsie NY and its network of translators across the Hudson Valley
have announced the addition of Michelle Taylor to the station as midday
host.

Taylor most recently hosted middays at iHeartMedia ACs Q92.1 WRNQ
Poughkeepsie and 102.3 WSUS Sussex NJ. She has also served as PD of WRNQ
and co-hosted mornings from 2010 to 2020 as well as stints at WEBK
Killington VT and WRNN-TV. She fills the opening created by Kate Brannans
move to mornings earlier this year.

Her former morning co-host at WRNQ, Joe Daily, currently hosts a Saturday morning shift on WALL and will add Sunday mornings as well.

Michelle Taylor has joined the airstaff of WALL radio (Adult Hits,) it was announced today by WALL Program Director Gary Cee. Ms. Taylor will host the midday shift starting Monday, May 2nd.

Michelle Taylor’s career includes stops at WEBK-FM in Killington, VT, and WRNN-TV in Westchester County. She served as Program Director of Lite 92.1
in Poughkeepsie, then returned to the station, rebranded as Q92 (WRNQ-FM)
in 2011, as co-host of “Joe and Michelle in the Morning” with Joe Daily. She’s also been the midday host at WSUS-FM in Sussex, NJ.

“I’m beyond thrilled to be back on the air in the Hudson Valley for a true family of radio stations at Neversink Media,” said Ms. Taylor. “I’m happy to share my workday with the Hudson Valley business community, lend my
voice to all the non-profit organizations, provide a fun and engaging place
to tune in for our families, share local content and a great selection of music!”

Michelle’s former partner at Q92, Joe Daily currently Saturday morning
host at Pocono 96.7 has also picked up Sunday morning duties at WALL.

“Michelle and Joe are a natural fit to WALL’s mission,” adds WALL GM Mary Ridings. “Their passion and talent are contagious and solid proof why local and relevant radio continues to thrive in the Hudson Valley.”

Michelle Taylor and Joe Daily join an airstaff that includes Kate Brannan
in mornings, Jim Frey in afternoon drive, Jimmy Howes in the evening and
Mark Bolger on weekend afternoons.

SBS Begins Stunting On 95.3 Orlando & 97.1 Tampa

Spanish Broadcasting System has closed on its $12.5 million purchase of
95.3 WPYO Maitland/Orlando and 97.1 WSUN Holiday/Tampa FL and has begun
running promotional loops hyping the launch of El Zol on both stations.

Both El Zol 95 WPYO and El Zol 97 WSUN will launch on Monday, May 9 at
6:00am with Spanish Tropical formats matching the branding utilized by
106.7 WXDJ Fort Lauderdale/Miami. The stunt loops feature clips of the
music the stations will be playing and teasers for the incoming on-air
lineups

SBS agreed to acquire the former CHR Power 95.3 WPYO and Alternative 97X
WSUN in February from Cox Media Groups CXR Radio divestiture trust. WPYO dropped its CHR format at the end of March with it moving to a jockless presentation on 94.5 WCFB-HD2. Since then it has been simulcasting
News/Talk 580 WDBO. WSUNs Alternative format moved on Wednesday to 94.9 WWRM-HD2, 101.5 WPOI-HD2, and NIA Broadcasting’s 97.5 W248CA St. Petersburg.
