2021 Was Another Huge Year For Digital

The Interactive Advertising Bureau reports that advertising spending on all digital platforms in 2021 jumped $50 billion to $189 billion. Digital audio
saw the largest increase, up 57.9% to $4.9 billion.

Former Texas Host Gets Probation

We reported in March of 2021 that 48-year old Justin Frazell, who worked at Country station KFWR-FM in Fort Worth for 20 years, was arrested on charges
of sexually assaulting a teenager at his home during a New Years Eve party.
He will not serve jail time.

49-year old ESPN Louisville host Andrew Deener avoids jail by taking a plea
in a domestic violence charge from last month. He was accused of slamming
his girlfriend's head into a car at a restaurant during a dispute. The complaint was amended to disorderly conduct.

TN (Johnson City-Kingsport-Bristol). Rollison replaces Debbie Caso who
retired after 43 years. Rollison starts her new job Monday, April 18,

Board of Directors to be added to the slate of Directors to be presented at
