 Nielsen has announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by a private equity consortium led by Evergreen Coast Capital Corporation, an affiliate of Elliott Investment Management L.P., and
Brookfield Business Partners L.P. together with institutional partners for
$28 per share in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $16
billion, including the assumption of debt.

formats now that EMF will become the new owner. Until that day the station
will continue to provide live and local programming to the community like
