Casino in Oxon Hill, MD. The 2021 event is both virtual and in-person. Here

Cumulus announced late Tuesday that Conrad Trautmann has been promoted from
SVP of Technology and Operations to Chief Technology Officer. A member of Cumulus’ executive leadership team, Trautmann reports directly to CEO Mary Berner.

Beasley Media Group announced that WYUU-FM Maxima's morning personalities
Nandy Davila and Cristy Balderrama have signed a new multiyear deal to
continue hosting the “Nandy Cristy” show. They've been hosting mornings on the station since 2018.

Cumulus Completes FM Deal Near Topeka

Intrepid Companies has closed on the purchase of KDVB-FM in Effingham,
Kansas, from Cumulus. The price was $300,000 with a CP to modify. Intrepid
is headed by Don Sherman, who plans to relocate the tower closer to Topeka,
and upgrade to a Class C2. Eddie Esserman of Media Services Group’s represented Cumulus in the transaction.

10 Radio Companies Ask For Relaxed Ownership Rules

Yesterday we reported about the NAB filing new comments with the FCC asking
the Commission to loosen ownership caps for radio. Another filing was made
by 10 radio companies, requesting a change in the rules, because digital companies have swooped in and taken 50% of their ad revenue.
