Major Keystone Acquires Four Pennsylvania Stations From Cumulus

Andrea and Patrick DJ Grooves Cerullos Major Keystone LLC has announced the purchase of four stations from Cumulus Media.

Major Keystone will pay $179,500 for 590 WARM Scranton, 1240 WIOV/98.5
W253CK Reading, 1320 WTKZ Allentown, and 1440 WGLD/107.1 W296EA Manchester Township/York PA. All four stations currently air Sports programming with
WARM, WGLD and WIOV running CBS Sports Radio network programming and WTKZ simulcasting Fox Sports Lehigh Valley 1230 WEEX Easton/94.7 W234AX
Allentown.

The stations will join Major Keystones current Eastern Pennsylvania
holdings that include Hip Hop Loud 99.3 W257DI Reading PA (fed via Cumulus 100.7 WLEV-HD4 Allentown) and LMA of Loud Radio 106.9/99.5 1600 WHOL/106.9 W295CR Allentown and 1400 WEST/99.5 W258DV Easton. The company also
recently acquired 101.5 W268BB State College PA. Grooves also hosts the syndicated In The Mix with DJ Grooves mixshow and offers the Loud Radio
format via 24/7 syndication with affiliates in Binghamton NY, Fort Wayne
IN, and Youngstown OH via G Networks.
