Looking at the WKSU/WCPN/WCLV saga, I note that WKSU has four
"rebroadcasters" and 2 translators.

What are the regulatory and engineering differences between
such? There's power level, but other aspects?

Historically, translators were fed off-the-air, but are they
still? And rebroadcasters?
