Bo Snerdley To Host Daily Afternoon Show At WABC

Longtime Rush Limbaugh Show Executive Producer James Bo Snerdley Golden
will host a daily one-hour show on Red Apple Media Conservative Talk 770
WABC New York/107.1 WLIR-FM Hampton Bays NY starting Monday, August 23.

Golden, who has been hosting a Saturday morning show at WABC since March,
will take over the 4-5pm hour that has been held by Lidia Curanaj since January. The New York native spent 30 years as part of Limbaughs show as EP
and call screener. He previously co-hosted a Sunday night show on WABC from 1992 to 1998.

Jess Poxson Joins Kicks 99 Augusta's Wake Up Crew

Beasley Media Country Kicks 99 99.5 WKXC-FM Aiken SC/ Augusta GA has
announced the addition of Jess Poxson to its Kicks Wake Up Crew alongside
Bryan Dub Axelson.

Poxson spent most of her career in Detroit previously serving as APD/Midday host at 93.1 Nash-FM WDRQ and and weekends/fill-ins at Hot AC 96.3 WDVD,
CHR 98.7 Amp Radio, Country 99.5 WYCD, and Classic Hits 104.3 WOMC.

At WKXC-FM, Poxson takes the place of Jenny Perry Bender, who departed in March, and Sean Cash Varicalli, who moved to Midwest Communications AC Mix
92.9 WJXA Nashville earlier this month.

Beasley Media Group announces Jess Poxson has been named as the new Morning Show co-host of the “KICKS Wake up Krew” on WKXC-FM in Augusta, GA. She officially began her position alongside Co-host “Dub” Bryan on Monday, August 9, 2021.

Poxson most recently lived in Canton, GA before moving to Augusta. She was
born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, where Poxson started her radio career
on mornings at WDRQ-FM, before moving into afternoon drive swing shift/weekends on WYCD-FM and WDZH-FM.

“We are thrilled to have Jess join the KICKS Wake up Krew alongside Dub in Augusta,” said Tee Gentry, operations manager at Beasley Media Group

SiriusXM Launches TikTok Radio

SiriusXM will launch the previously announced TikTok Radio today on Channel
4.

Described as featuring the trending sounds that are redefining pop culture
from TikTok, the channel is built to sound like a radio version of TikToks
For You feed. The airstaff will feature Billy (@8illy), HINDZ
(@hindzsight), Lamar Dawson (@dirrtykingofpop), Taylor Cassidy (@taylorcassidyj), and until recently Hits 97.3 WFLC Miami afternoon host
Cat Haley (@itscathaley).

The channel will feature a weekly The TikTok Radio Trending Ten as a
countdown of the top 10 songs on the app Fridays at 3pm with additional
replays and on-demand on SiriusXMs app. DJ Habibeats and DJ CONST will do weekly live mixshows on Fridays and Saturdays at 7pm that will also be live
on TikTok. The channel will also host Creator Invasion with appearances
from creators on the app including Alex Warren, Ashnikko, Bella Poarch,
Dillon Francis, Dixie DAmelio, Ed Sheeran, Jack Harlow, Just Stef, JXDN,
Lil Nas X, Loren Gray, Nessa Barrett, Normani, Spencer X, Tai Verdes, and Walker Hayes.

With todays launch of TikTok Radio, SiriusXM has moved Soul Cycle Radio to channel 304.

WBOI Fort Wayne President/GM Peter Dominowski To Retire

Northeast Indiana Public Radio has announced that President/General Manager Peter Dominowski will retire from the station at the end of the year.

Dominowski joined Public News/Talk 89.1 WBOI Fort Wayne and in the process
of being sold Classical 94.1 WBNI-FM Roanoke IN in 2013 after spending 15
years as Managing Partner at his public radio consultancy Strategic
Programming Partners. Earlier in his career he programmed WMFE Orlando and
WFMT Chicago and was co-founder of the PRPD organization and served on the board of the Radio Research Consortium.

He will return to consulting following his move to Florida next year.

A veteran of 47 years in public media, Peter Dominowski is retiring from
his role as President/General Manager of the region’s public radio station, WBOI 89.1, at year-end. He joined WBOI in 2013 from Strategic Programming Partners as a managing partner and consultant to radio stations on
programming, promotions and fund raising. During his tenure at WBOI, the organization achieved greater financial stability and listenership.
Dominowski plans to resume his consulting practice with public media and nonprofits and will relocate to Florida.

“The NPR brand continues to attract listeners and members who value the extensive reporting of international and national news, as well as music, conversations and humor heard 24/7 on WBOI,” said NIPR Board Chair Lynne Gilmore. “The Northeast Indiana Public Radio Board of Trustees is grateful
to Peter for his leadership and contributions to the organization, and we
will continue this growth and listener engagement as we seek the next
leader. We know WBOI is a critical source of news and local programming in
our community and will continue to move our mission forward.”

The Board of Trustees is conducting a national search for the next President/General Manager.
