    Amateur radio was the lead item in a BBC News article on what made people

    That reminds me of the NHS bureaucracy with an interconnected web
    of irrelevant people all patting each other on the back, and in
    the case of the NHS, rewarding catastrophc failure with an
    even better paid job somewhere else!
