EI2TKR 2m repeater in NW Ireland to return to service soon

The EI2TKR repeater in north-west Ireland has been off the air for a number
of years. It used to operate on 145.700 MHz.
The good news is that the repeater has been upgraded and is currently on
test at a site near Bundoran in the south of Donegal.
It is currently running 25 watts and it is hoped to upgrade that to 50
watts in the next month.
The eventual plan is to put the repeater back up on Truskmore, a 647 metre
high mountain in the NE of Co Sligo sometime in 2022.
Details of the FM repeater...Channel RV56 (R4).
Output Frequency 145.700MHz
Input frequency 145.100MHz
CTCSS only 77Hz.
