    Oscar 100 update

    Every few weeks I try to give an update on activity levels on Oscar 100
    using the on-line SDR at Goonhilly Down in Cornwall. The last time I
    checked was at 2045z in Western Europe evening mid week. Activity levels on the, narrowband transponder remain low.
