    Repeaters quiet

    Posted: 18 Aug 2021 01:59 PM PDT http://g3xbm-qrp.blogspot.com/2021/08/repeaters-quiet.html

As I am away from home for a few days, I was taking a peak at repeaters via Echolink.
What amazes me is just how quiet repeaters are these days. After trying
several around the world, I gave up.

Everyone is using weak-signal modes Jim, made possible by digital
    technology.

I understand the CB/Amateur Radio sub culture (class A Class B non
foundation), anti repeater brigade are targeting internet repeaters.

Mind you have you ever listened to the geniuses occupying internet
repeaters all day. They are embarrassingly funny without knowing or
    trying to be funny.

You know all you need to know about them when they decide to qsl via the
bureau for a voice repeater QSO and even funnier internet repeater QSO.

The busiest repeaters are the illegal repeaters.

Not using a repeater is a form of jamming.
