NOTICE OF AGM – Monday 11th October 2021 at 19.30

As posted a few weeks ago, the MKARS AGM for members is to be held on
Monday 11th October at 19.30. The details will be sent out to members from today by email. Location details will follow.

This is the time to support your club – we need your help. All the club committee positions are available – Chair, Vice chair, Treasurer and Secretary. Nomination forms will be in your AGM pack. Please come forward.
The Club cannot run itself. The Club needs an energetic and dynamic
committee to move it forward and continue to ensure it thrives.

Could I also take this opportunity to formally thank Will Fludgate, G1YYU,
the MKARS Secretary, for his sterling service to the Committee and the Club over many years. Will is standing down from the Committee at the AGM and is moving out of the area. We wish him and Joanne well in their move. Wills contribution has been invaluable over the years for not only helping the
Club through its transitions, but also introducing and encouraging so many
of our members with CW. We look forward to Will maintaining membership of
the Club, and to seeing him regularly in our log book.
