Festival of Transport (FOT) Hellingly

Running over the August Bank Holiday weekend 28-30th inclusive, the FOT is
a large annual display of vintage vehicles and static exhibits. These range from Steam (Traction) engines, Vintage cars, Busses and many other
commercial types. SARS members will be exhibiting in the Military and Land Rover sections.




We also have special event call GB2FOT which wil be active on the HF and
VHF bands. We will regularly monitor 1976 kHz AM and USB plus 51.700 MHz
FM. It is intended to form a net on 2m USB (144.325 MHz) on Saturday 28th
from 1400 local time. After this we hope to progress to 28.325 MHz USB and
also 1976 kHz.
