    Depends on the smoke bomb. Using KNO3 and sugar can make a smoke bomb that produces thrust (as in rockets), but using Potassium Chlorate and Lactose can make smoke bombs that don't really have much thrust. I've used the latter to make blue and pink smoke
    bombs for a baby gender reveal.

    Also, if you read earlier in this thread, it tells you how to make THIS particular smoke bomb.

    Nothing is 100% anything. It will probably have the purity you'd need for a smoke bomb.
