    "Pete Do Not Answer" and just realized this is how Anglo surnames have
    always worked -

    According to Wikipedia, there are Ukrainian surnames of
    Cossack origin which mean
    "Do not give water" (Nedaivoda),
    "Do not drink beer" (Nepyipyvo), etc.
