Nice pano but just how high was it, be interesting to know how high
it's possible to go too.

Nice pano but just how high was it, be interesting to know how highThe FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) regulations for recreational
it's possible to go too.
sUAS (Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems)/drones limits altitude to 400ft
AGL (Above Ground Level). The DJI Air 2S is capable of flight well
above 400AGL which is permitted when flying over tall obstructions such
as hills/trees/buildings. However, in the control settings I stay legal
by setting the max altitude at 400 AGL. The Air 2S has an altitude spec
of 5,000m/16,404ft, so flying in mountainous areas is not an issue.
The still shot was taken at the max altitude of 400ft, and the 180º
pano was shot at 295ft.

That's quite a bit higher than I thought it could go and it was the technical spec I was curious about.
But now wondering what laws there are in the UK , I could look it up but the reasoning on such things isn't always clear.

Cheers, as I've been watching digging fo britain an archaeological programme on TV,
interesting when they use drones over fields showning roman villa wall locations etc.
and I recon as a guestimate must be about 100-150ft or so to get those pictures.

That made me think about it, I wonder if it's possible to do such a thing to a drone,
by that I mean 'jam' the signal sent by the legal handset and replace it . Sounds unlikley but I thought that about the remote car locks.
