An Alpena man has been arraigned after he was allegedly caught
on video engaging in sexual acts with a dog, said Michigan State
Police.

On April 19, troopers were called to investigate after a woman
reviewed her home security video system and saw Damian Barton,
18, with her bull terrier-lab mix. Barton is a family
acquaintance.

After reviewing the video and speaking with witnesses, police
arrested Barton, who was arraigned Monday in 88th District
Court. He is charged with one count of engaging in sex acts with
an animal.
