"The CareOregon Starlight Parade, which takes place at 8 p.m. on Saturday, June 3, is the first of the Rose Festival’s three major parades, followed by the Fred Meyer Junior Parade at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, June 7, and the Grand Floral Parade, at 10 a.m.
on Saturday, June 10.
The Starlight Parade takes place after the Starlight Run, a costumed family-friendly 5K that starts at 6 p.m."
