    right now. But hey. If you've got $180K to spare, go for it. If I did,
    I might. However comma 15 miles is a long way from "space" - and I can
    view space from my back yard.

    eh, I would expect prices to go down substantially, once they have some competition. I got to wondering about the price of comparable thrills. A typical bungee jump will last less than 5 seconds. That works out to something in the neighborhood of $
    100K per hour. And the top 1% has a lot of money to burn. In a few years I expect that dozens of Americans will be taking these balloon rides everyday, if not hundreds. It's likely to be substantially cheaper than powered flights into outer space.

    OTOH you could ride the Vomit Comet for a bit under $10K. But that doesn't sound like nearly as much fun. For me the big thrill of being up in the air is really the view.
