    Every time something like this occurs it should be shouted from the
    rooftops and covered 24/7 on CNN. These clowns need to understand their
    lives are just as much at risk as their intended victims. It might make
    them think twice before taking on these premeditated crimes.

    The 1st rule of business, is never turn down money... The taqueria must have insurance, bet they'd pay $200,000, for a full release of any liability from the perp's family? I suspect a quick settlement... There's been a couple of other cases, where
    families want money, because junior was shot into rags doing a hold up.... The taco guy, ought to get a medal, since nobody else was injured by the armed robber... News agencies have their liabilities too, despite what is obvious to the casual
    observer....
