A highly contagious version of the Omicron variant — known officially
as XBB.1.5 or by its subvariant nickname, Kraken — is quickly
    spreading in the U.S.

The young subvariant was first detected in New York State in the fall.
It currently makes up about 28 percent of cases in the U.S. and about
72 percent of cases in the Northeast, according to the C.D.C. It’s a
highly mutated version of the virus that appears able to better evade
immune defenses and invade cells, with some experts calling it the
most transmissible variant yet. Scientists say it remains rare in much
of the world, but they expect it to spread quickly and globally. --------------------------------------------------- https://tinyurl.com/bd68v7cp

As a pentajabbed person who also self-inoculates about 3 times/week
with a small dose of Kraken while breathing clean oxygen-rich air in
the moderately great outdoors, does it make me more immune - or more susceptible?

Yes. Unless it doesn't. Follow the science, grasshopper.

I looked around outside and couldn't find the science - or even any grasshoppers - so I'll just self-declare Kraken sips as uniquely
possible vaxes, and follow that science.

    Sipping Kraken makes you old.

I don't have to worry about that. I'm already old.

Yes, follow the science. Science is always open to question.
As opposed to The Science(TM), which is absolute unalterable
dogma that must never be questioned. Until The Science(TM)
changes it. Oh, wait it didn't change, you're disinformed,
we have always been at war with Eastasia.

Double vaxxed and triple boosted myself. No, the vaccine
isn't perfect, there are risks, but like everything, it's
a tradeoff. The people who claimed the vaccine would
absolutely prevent infection or spread were wrong. It
makes it less likely, and less severe if you do get
infected, but I knew that, and didn't expect more.

Shutting down any discussion of risks, tradeoffs, and
limitations was acting as a Mommy Knows Best authoritarian,
not as the leader of a free people. And just increases
lack of trust among those who do not want a Mommy Knows
Best government controlling every aspect of their lives.
