Yeah, I thought they whiffed that one too. Not the first time for
SNL. By the time they got to junior they were just limping along. The
orange idiot is so far over the top that he's difficult to satirize. I
thought melting Biden's ice cream was a good one. That will probably be
in the next series. They handed the company that's producing the digital
cards a number of good ideas for the next series for free. I don't
expect that they'll make any of them with the idiot's head on a woman's
body. That card would probably be worth a lot of money. So maybe after
    the idiot is dead. lol

I'm looking forward to the price of the next series. I don't think
    it will be $99.

Except for Xray vision on the ice cream, I thought they missed their mark too! Trump is just almost too outrageous to parody, although the voice was excellent....

The addition of magic beans wouldn't change the scam much.

"Crypto Twitter Delves Into Strange, Sloppy Side of Trump’s NFT Collection

Online sleuths analyzed blockchain data and assets in the former
president’s NFT collection, finding evidence of stolen art and shady
wallet addresses, painting a picture of how the digital collectibles
    came to be."

"In the wake of the project’s apparent success, internet sleuths have
dug deep into the project and the parties behind the wallet addresses associated with Trump’s collectibles. Among the nuances and
inconsistencies alleged on Twitter: the company that created the
collectibles is hoarding a large amount of them; that the project poorly
relies on stock imagery; and that most of the buyers opened new wallets
without holding any cryptocurrency, sticking them with an NFT and no way
to derive any future value from them."

    https://www.coindesk.com/web3/2022/12/20/crypto-twitter-delves-into-strange-sloppy-side-of-trumps-nft-collection/

I disagree with their idea that the main reason for the surge in
prices is that most of the buyers don't know how to sell their trading
cards. I think a lot of #45's fans bought the trading cards with no
intention of selling. Most of them probably plan to teach their kids one
last lesson by letting them inherit them when they die.

One of the companies they took images from is in the business of
selling images. They could have bought the right to use them for a very
nominal price. If they had done that the images they used wouldn't be watermarked.

I think this guy gets more down to the point.

"Trump's trading cards are stupid: Ha ha. But who gets the last laugh?
Trump's "digital trading cards" are worthless crap, to you and me. To
his loyal followers, they're pure gold"

    https://www.salon.com/2022/12/20/trading-cards-are-stupid-ha-ha-but-gets-the-last-laugh/

When you consider that all most of the people who send #45 money
get is having their email added to the sucker list, $99 for almost
nothing is a great deal. Because of this I expected the resale value for
the first issue to be much higher than it is. It looks like a lot of
people are waiting to see what happens with subsequent issues. When you
look at what's happening in the trading card business it's hard to fault
#45 for wanting a piece of the action.

If you click on the little USD box at the bottom of the chart it
will show you the price in US dollars. Right now it's close to $290 for
a standard card. At one time #45 was very opposed to digital funny
money. Now, if someone set up two trading card accounts they could
endlessly funnel money to #45 anonymously by trading back and forth
    between those accounts with cryptocurrency.

#45's NFTs peaked at $990 last Sunday. Yesterday they were under
$300. Today you could pick one up for less than $220. Monday Bored Ape
Yacht Club and 8 other NFTs had a higher trading volume than the orange
    loser's NFTs.
