Would it be surprising if Democrats end up with both Houses! I was expecting big things from Senator in-waiting Walker, too.... I have no doubt women are abandoning the GOP in droves, with it's base of old men trying to control their bodies... If Roe
vs Wade hadn't been overturned, Republicans would probably had Congress loaded, with a clear path for the return of YKW.... HawHawHaw!

The Republican I'm hoping to see lose the most, is Kari Lake, in Arizona... She reminds me of "Betty Bowers, the Perfect Christian", from You-tube... I suspect she'll throw the biggest fit over losing? I can't wait to see her whine about how
    crooked the election was........

It looks like you might get your wish in AZ. She has pretty much
said that it was only a fair election if she wins. I'm hoping for a fun
    temper tantrum too.

A bigger factor than voters changing sides was probably that the motivation changed. Even here, with mail in ballots, the biggest
challenge for any candidate isn't the opposing candidate. The biggest
challenge is getting people excited enough that they will vote. That was
how #45 won. He got people excited by making extravagant promises and ridiculous claims that they wanted to believe.

This year Democrats should be sending Christmas cards to #45 and
the Supreme court to thank them for pissing on the GOP's, LOL, "red
wave". #45 is motivating a lot of people to either vote against
Republicans or not vote. Because every good little retrumplican knows
their vote will just be thrown in the trash. The Supremes got so many
young people motivated that conservatives are talking about changing the
vote age to save the nation from our "brainwashed" youth. They think 10
year olds are old enough to have children and 18 year olds are old
enough to buy guns. But, it's dangerous to let anyone under 21, or maybe
    even 28, to vote.

"Some Republicans Want to Raise Voting Age After Gen Z Midterm Turnout
    OK BOOMER
“This new generation is totally brainwashed,” a Fox News commentator complained."

"As Gen Z headed to the polls this week, conservative commentators had a message for young voters: please stop.

Tuesday’s midterm election saw Gen Z come out strong for Democrats,
including for their generation’s first U.S. representative: Maxwell
Frost, a 25-year-old Democrat from Florida. The young blue bloc left Fox
News personalities dismayed, with other conservative voices suggesting
that the minimum voting age be raised from 18 (currently enshrined in
the Constitution) to 21 or 28.

“The fact that these youth voters are coming in so strong in an off-year
is very concerning,” Fox News commentator Jesse Watters lamented on
Wednesday night. “It looks like they’ve been brainwashed. This new generation is totally brainwashed ’cause a lot of these single women
[who] vote 37 spreads for Democrats, are teaching all of our younger
generation in these schools and they’re polluting their minds and then
they grow up and they’re in their twenties and then they vote for leftists.”

Exit polling shows strong youth support for Democrats, typically on
issues like climate change, reproductive rights, and guns. Voters aged
18-24 (all of whom fall into Gen Z) voted 61 percent for Democrats,
while the 25-29 age group, some of whom are Gen Z, voted 65 percent
    blue, exit polls show.

Research by Tufts University’s Center for Information and Research on
Civic Learning and Engagement (CIRCLE), suggests 27 percent of people
ages 18-29 voted in the election. It’s the second-highest youth turnout
in midterm history, Al Jazeera reported.

Frost, the newly elected representative from Florida, said his
generation is fired up over the overturning of Roe v. Wade, and economic
    issues like student debt.

“We see that young people see the economy through a very specific lens, looking at things like crushing debt, not because we live beyond our
means, but because we’ve been denied the means to live,” Frost told The Daily Beast. He pointed to President Joe Biden’s student debt relief
program as a win with young voters.

Other Fox stars acknowledged the right’s weakness with young people. “We have to win over voters outside of our traditional base,” Fox News host
Laura Ingraham said on her program Wednesday night. “That means young
    people too.”"\[snip]

The red ripple has been interesting to watch. The reaction by the 'Pubes to an upswing in "youth" voting is flat comical. And the idea of winning over voters outside of their base, i.e., somehow finding a way to pander to younger voters is hilarious. Our
young (well 37 years old, less than half my age) son and his close friends and associates have always trended progressive/liberal by a bout a 3 to 1 ratio. Their main concerns are (in mostly this order): a. "It's the environment, stupid..." b. A woman's
right to make decisions about her body c. Student debt. The party of the mastodons doesn't trend well in regard to these issues. Granted they're all college educated, mostly coastal ( east or west) and well employed, but they're certainly different than
the youth of my generation. I can't see any of them drinking the koolaid and becoming retrumplicans. Maybe when their kids are old enough to rebel, the rightwing can indoctrinate them. So raising the voting age might not be a good idea in the long term.

Your imaginer needs a software update. I didn't hold my nose and I
didn't drop off my ballot. I vote in person. And what I told myself
was, "Well, at least he's not a dumbass Democrat". That makes you 0

call Brad looking to find 11,780 votes! HawHawHaw!

I can't help but imagine bill horne,  holding his nose with one
hand,  while dropping his ballot off, in the mailbox with the
other,  while telling himself,  "Well,  at least he's not a dumbass
    gun grabber!"  HawHawHaw!

What!? You're alleging bfh would vote for a "I bought me an abortion
or two" anti-abortionist guy? Say it ain't so, Joe! Anything for a red
    wave, huh!

Strange how them retrumplicans are OK with pussy grabbing but blow
jobs throw them into a tizzy but buying abortions is fine. HawHawHaw!

You would rather he made her pay for it herownself?

So, you're OK with the dishonesty?

Are you certain that he did? And if he did, isn't that between him and

    Are you certain he didn't?
