You have probably found the worst place in the world to ask this
question. If you want a reliable answer ask a professional. A
professional would probably answer your question for free, and then
explain why you should pay for their services. My guess, and it's
strictly a guess, is that the answer is no.

I dunno, maybe it really would be worse if you asked a bunch of
Mongolian sheep herders, but probably not by much. If you get an answer
here are you going to bet your money that it's right?

There is probably more than one way to avoid paying the capital
gains tax. Maybe ask more than one pro?

"6 Strategies To Defer And/Or Reduce Your Capital Gains Tax When You
    Sell Real Estate"

"When you sell a rental or investment property, you can roll the
proceeds of the sale into a similar type of investment to avoid CGT.

This is called a 1031 exchange and it is popular among real estate
investors as a strategy for building wealth.

However, the tax code is very complex and there are multiple criteria
you’ll need to meet. You’ll likely need to hire a professional to
process the paperwork and make sure everything is properly filed."
