You might want to be careful with your crab trap:
Police in Oregon last week warned local beachgoers about grenades that
had washed on to the shore and appeared to still be able to explode.
The police department in the city of Newport issued a statement on
Wednesday saying three separate grenades had somehow washed on to the
beach there a day earlier.
Labeled M116A1, the grenades were white in color and cylindrical in
shape, according to a photo of the unusual discovery that was shared by
the department. The phrase “Warning: Explosive” was written on them in large red letters.
“If you encounter such a device, please do not handle or attempt to move it,” the police department said in its statement, which served as a warning to members of the public. “Call the police to report the device’s location.”

Those aren't grenades, that will fill you full of shrapnel...
They're "simulators"... It sounds like there was a fireworks deal
with an Army supply clerk, who needed some fast money, that went
awry? Wish I could find a few of them, for NYE......

Ban White Grenades! Ban White Grenades! They scare people.

White grenades with red letters are scary - which makes them dangerous.
Just blow up some balloons of diverse colors and smaller than 10", and
pop them with a registered straight pin........or a free government
supplied LGBTQ pin. Make sure you give plenty of warning so that people
won't hurt themselves in a stampede to avoid feeling uncomfortable.
Probably be even better if you got some POPless balloons........or some
that just went, weeeeeeeeeeee.

"M116A1 grenades are used primarily to train soldiers because they
simulate “battlefield noises and effects”, according to a company that provides the devices to the US army. It sparks what the company
describes as a “simulated explosion” within six to 12 seconds of being deployed."
Hey! A guy could have a simulated heart attack from these simulated “battlefield noises and effects”. And, you snarky hand grenade belittler, you - what about little girls with kittens!? Sheesh! Oh, the humanity!

I packed a real grenade in my "Hole Baggage", before leaving
Vietnam... I picked it up over a month later, upon returning...
I carried it around in my car for months afterwards... (One can
never tell when a hand grenade might be needed?) I ended up,
throwing it into a large pond, to impress the gal I was parking
with.... The cloud of white smoke could have obscured a barn!
"Oh, joyful youth, where has't thou fled?" HawHawHaw!

Little girls with kittens shouldn't be walking on the beach alone
picking up white things with red letters on them. Where the hell are her parents?..............nevermind..........her parents out there in
PNWland are probably dumbasses and would pick them up and pull the pin
to see what's in the can. They'd probably be hoping there was an
interesting message inside that they could post on Megafacebutt and get 12,623 likes and 5 minutes of fame.

You can probably buy these from your local white supremacist group or
local orange goon supporter. They probably have them for those
unanticipated "lost tourist" events! HawHawHaw!
