• A story about real suffering

This is a real story about suffering that's happening in Louisiana.
I don't have a link or anything to prove it. So believe it or don't
believe it, I really don't care.

This is about a young couple who live in an area where some
doctors are advising their patients that if they want to have children
it really isn't healthy to do that there because of the new abortion
laws. For example, some life saving procedures can be delayed or
prohibited. So they would really like to move somewhere else.

These people have a home and they're living in it. They were
hoping to sell the place and have some money left over to help them
move. So they brought in some experts. What they found out is that their
home isn't worth fixing and the only thing they have to sell is the
land. The land is worth less than what they owe on the place.

Hey, at least they aren't "homeless". Is there anyone here
dimwitted enough to think those people are going to be voting for a
    Republican any time soon? lol

"Here's another couple who isn't likely to vote Republican again
    any time soon.

Once a 'quintessential pro-life Texan,' she had to flee her home state
    to get an abortion"

"Kailee says that the last time she saw her obstetrician, she advised
her not to get pregnant in Texas.

"She said 'this is not safe,' " Kailee remembers. " She said, 'I need
you to look at me. I need you to understand that if you get pregnant in
Texas and that if you have complications, that I cannot intervene until
I can prove that you're going to die.'"

The DeSpains say they are thinking about leaving Texas, but it would be difficult to leave their work and their families."
