phone numbers, email and family members, or some LEO got busted

Secret? Nothing that isn't being said on social media and mass
media. The only difference is the internal version has what
we're going to do about it.

Top Secret? That depends. Some "Top Secret" things are not
actually top secret and are published in foreign media not read
in the USA. Some things really are top secret but POTUS has the
authority to downgrade or declassify as he deems necessary.
