Are you the old TexMax? If so, how're you doin', what size is your TV,
how far do you sit from it, and are you getting an efficacious
immersive experience? If you're not the old TexMax, disregard all
    after the first "Are" above.

Yes, this is the gravel picker outer of tires ex-RVer. I had to sell the RV because my eyesight endangered the rest of the driving public. And you got it right about the "old" part. But at 90 I'm still sufficiently alert to enjoy TV. and Indycar and
Formula 1. But no NASCAR, aka Bubba Racing. Mahoney's RA has pretty much disabled her and I spend more time cooking and cleaning than I do making sawdust. I suspect that we may not be too far from entering a "Senior Living" facility. How's Georgia?
    Hot and dry here.

Good to hear you're still hangin' in there, and it's probably a good
thing that you quit making sawdust. I heard it contributes to global
    warming.

Was hot here - heat indexes above 100 almost every time I mowed the
grass and weeds - but it's cooled down some. I'm ready for winter.

A fire pole? I hadn't given it much consideration but now that you mention it I'll add it to the list. Chiefs don't ordinarily slide the pole; it isn't considered dignified. But I don't know of any geezers who are still dignified.
    Winter?

Good decision. The first time they come up short on Uncle Ben's rice
or Aunt Jemima's syrup on the chow line, you'll be glad you're not
    still shuffling down the stairs.

    Chiefs don't ordinarily slide

And that's as it should be - us geezers have enough problems without
also being burdened with the aggravation of daily dignity maintenance.

OK, but who is the chicken farmer? And, where do you stand on the tire

Did you give up on raising chickens? Or was that just a cover story while you were under protective custody?
The only time I feel pressured about tires is when the Firestone commercial comes on while I'm watching an IRL race.

No. Still got a bunch of 'em.
