Really? That's important to the Jan. 6th committee? Let's go Brandon.

The Jan. 6 committee held its final hearing of the summer on Thursday
night (more are planned for September). Amid further harrowing evidence
of how violent the situation inside the Capitol was that day—and how
much television Donald Trump watched by himself in a West Wing dining
room instead of doing anything about it—there was one nice moment of light-hearted camaraderie and jovial, if momentary, decompression. A
good laugh that everyone needed.
That occurred when Virginia Rep. Elaine Luria observed (with supporting video evidence) that Missouri Sen. Josh Hawley, despite having urged on
the pro-Trump crowd outside the Capitol early in the day, from behind
police lines, with a raised fist—and despite having been centrally involved in promoting “Stop the Steal” conspiracy theories about election fraud—had demonstrated an exceptional, slapstick level of haste and alarm in fleeing from that crowd once the possibility arose that he might have direct contact with some of its members.
Was the slow-motion replay truly necessary, as a matter of public
interest? I don’t know, but clip-clop, clip-clop, there goes Josh Hawley!
Here’s how it landed in the hearing room:

Hawley’s urge to become president is physically palpable, and while did not seem likely to ever fully win over MAGA voters before this, getting caught on video running away from a group of them like a cartoon drum
major running from a cartoon bear has probably permanently foreclosed
the possibility. Too bad!

"At a Capitol Hill hearing last night, the January 6th committee
prompted a dramatic audience reaction when they played video of Senator
Josh Hawley (R-Missouri) fleeing insurrectionists.
As a running coach, I had a similarly visceral reaction. His form! His apparel! His complete and utter lack of regard for democratic norms!
Let’s break it down.
Whether you’re on a jog around the neighborhood or fleeing the violent
mobs whose fury you stoked for your own political gain, you’ll want to
make sure you have a good forward lean. A keen eye will notice Sen. Hawley’s torso is straighter than Mike Pence’s freshly cleared search history. Runners will often struggle with a forward lean because they haven’t developed enough core stability. However, in Hawley’s case, it may be due to the absence of any spine. I’d recommend some lower core
work and/or the adherence to any core values whatsoever.
Another thing that’s immediately apparent on Senator Hawley is his footstrike. Hawley’s foot is landing on his heel, well in front of his knee, what we call “overstriding.” Overstriding can be caused by weak glutes, which is surprising in someone whose worldview is complete ass." [snip]

Poor Honk. Life has to be more difficult for you. Everyone is actually
very, very, in fact, yugely tremendously (the most ever, even the
experts say so) concerned about high-steppin' Hawley! Why, he coulda
hurt his poor, widdle self by rapidly goosesteppin' away from his

fallen and they'd caught him and just plain smothered him with kisses
and hugs. Huh?

The Jan. 6 committee held its final hearing of the summer
on Thursday night (more are planned for September). Amid
further harrowing evidence of how violent the situation
inside the Capitol was that day—and how much television
Donald Trump watched by himself in a West Wing dining room
instead of doing anything about it—there was one nice
moment of light-hearted camaraderie and jovial, if
momentary, decompression. A good laugh that everyone
needed.
That occurred when Virginia Rep. Elaine Luria observed
(with supporting video evidence) that Missouri Sen. Josh
Hawley, despite having urged on the pro-Trump crowd outside
the Capitol early in the day, from behind police lines,
with a raised fist—and despite having been centrally
involved in promoting “Stop the Steal†conspiracy
theories about election fraud—had demonstrated an
exceptional, slapstick level of haste and alarm in fleeing
from that crowd once the possibility arose that he might
have direct contact with some of its members.
Was the slow-motion replay truly necessary, as a matter of
public interest? I don’t know, but clip-clop, clip-clop,
there goes Josh Hawley!
Here’s how it landed in the hearing room:
Immediate reaction to the vid: pic.twitter.com/XAv4jc2tjr
— Dan Przygoda (@dprzygoda) July 22, 2022
Hawley’s urge to become president is physically palpable,
and while did not seem likely to ever fully win over MAGA
voters before this, getting caught on video running away
from a group of them like a cartoon drum major running from
a cartoon bear has probably permanently foreclosed the
possibility. Too bad!

Let’s break it down.
Whether you’re on a jog around the neighborhood or fleeing
the violent mobs whose fury you stoked for your own political
gain, you’ll want to make sure you have a good forward
lean. A keen eye will notice Sen. Hawley’s torso is
straighter than Mike Pence’s freshly cleared search
history. Runners will often struggle with a forward lean
because they haven’t developed enough core stability.
However, in Hawley’s case, it may be due to the absence of
any spine. I’d recommend some lower core work and/or the
adherence to any core values whatsoever.
Another thing that’s immediately apparent on Senator Hawley
is his footstrike. Hawley’s foot is landing on his heel,

Overstriding can be caused by weak glutes, which is
surprising in someone whose worldview is complete ass."

Theory don't mean squat if it don't work.
I remember long ago, when a sneaky paparazzi took a snapshot of Prez Nixon picking > his nose? There was a huge outcry from the Press, about what a dirty
trick had been pulled... At the end of the day, moving forward to
the present, such a faux pax wouldn't ever raise an eyebrow.......
