• Fauci is going to retire

damn. Just when I was getting the hang of pivoting and triangulating
my calculus of the metrics of the science du jour as the transitory
passage of time drags me along, this happens. Now whose evolving
science are we gonna follow at the end of the day going forward? Maybe
Fauci - like every other public person these days - will write a book,
and maybe it will contain a chapter or two on expert science
prophecies to inform my decisions at the inflection points that I will literally encounter regardless of which fork in the road I may take.
