• Well, at least my nose is working fine

I'm feeling so good I decided to take another Covid test--just for
shits and giggles. I flunked again--big time. I knew I was going to
flunk almost as soon as the 'c' line got wet.

At least my nose is working fine and my appetite is returning
quickly. Lighter food, like fruit, is tasting particularly good. And
fruit juice. It's unusually hot here and I'm soaking up a lot of water
    and other fluids.

I smelled a strange, yet familiar smell today. I asked my wife if
she could smell it. It took us a minute to figure out I was smelling her
    cherry cough drop with menthol.

I have one last dose of Paxlovid to swallow and I'm done with that,
for now. Yippeeeee! I think I'm going to be OK. Somewhere in all these
strange stories I hope I might further derange the already deranged. It
can get lonely out there--in the middle of nowhere.

Glad to learn you think the crisis has passed... I feel like someone standing in line, waiting for admission into a club nobody wants to belong to......

There is a little good news here and there. For us guys part of
that is that we're less likely to develop long Covid than the ladies.
Once you're in it one of the big questions is how long is this going to
    last?
