It's pretty straight forward. Florida didn't just obligate
themselves to Disney. They made contractual commitments to the
bondholders that they wouldn't screw with the RCID in any way that would
affect them. It looks like they're going to have to find some other way
to punish companies that say things they don't like. It will be
interesting to see if they can find a way to do this without shooting themselves in the foot--again.

Yeah, we have our own fascists here going by the same fascist
playbook. We've got one of them here for whom trans athletes are a major campaign issue. Trans people are around 0.6% of the population. Trans
athletes have to be an even smaller percentage of the population.
They're only a big deal when you're looking for minorities to demonize.
