    The FOX News "fwd" stated they were given "luxury hotels", in NYC... Do you think there were luxury hotels in waiting for the "Texas Wets", soon as they got off their prison bus? In the past , several welfare agencies, solved their budgets, by
    giving their caseloads, a bus ticket - To another location, like Gov. Abbot, did... IIRC, various courts viewed the practice as, "welfare dumping"? Do you think NYC, should have just sent them over into New Jersey, like Texas did?
