I wonder if Pelosi will tear up her copy when Biden finishes stumbling, bumbling and mumbling through? Probably no need to tear it up after he finishes though. She could have served the country better by tearing it up before he started.

The people who voted for him did. I sure didnt ask for it. In my lifetime >there has never been such an incompetent bunch of know nothings running the >country.

They will always be detached from reality. As the world may be
approaching the brink of WW-III. As an example of their detachment -
John Kerry's main worry is that Russia may slack off on its commitments
to Climate Change.

"Ukraine is of vital national interest to Russia, but not to the United States and therefore the U.S. shouldn't risk war directly or indirectly
with Russia."
However, if you say, or even imply, that - you get accused of being a traitor. Yet that was Barack Øbama's position, and words, for eight
years, when asked why he wouldn't flood Ukraine with weapons.
Again, Øbama said, "Ukraine is of vital national interest to Russia, but
not to the United States and therefore the U.S. shouldn't risk war
directly or indirectly with Russia."
That's one of the few things I've ever agreed with him on - because he
was/is right.
The current secretary general of NATO is General Jens Stoltenberg and
Lana Nusseibeh is the president of the UN's security council. And as
such they should be in charge of the response to Putin. As a member of
both groups we should be taking a back seat and following their
leadership. However, Brandon has been pushed out front to prove to his following that he is not like Trump - he is one tough MF'er ready to
say, "Say When" to Putin.
Another thing I agree with Øbama on is his statement: "Never
underestimate Joe's ability to completely fuck things up".
This crisis didn't happen overnight - we saw it coming. If we were
really going to go down the sanctions road and risk full out war, months
ago we should have started, no matter what it took, to not only become
energy independent again, but to be able to, at least partially, supply
the needs of our NATO partners in Europe. However if we had tried the
Far Left would have revolted - and Jan 6th would be nothing compared to
what they would have done to the traitor in the White House and cities
in the Blue states. Peaceful, friendly riots would have broken out all
over the Blue states.
A huge percentage of Europe's energy now comes from Russia and Ukraine.
The European Union relies on Russia for roughly 40 percent of its
natural gas. In Germany, one of the biggest economies in the world, that percentage is over 50%. Most of its energy in the form of natural gas
comes from Russia and Ukraine. Moreover, we are still purchasing energy
from Russia too. Therefore we can't help our allies if Russia decides
to cut off their energy supply. Actually, being afraid of sanctions, it appears that the west has stopped buying Russian oil out of an abundance
of caution
We will pay more for energy - and Mid-Terms are fast approaching and
higher energy prices coupled to raging inflation would turn a rout into
a bloodbath for the Dems at the voting booths. However, we don't change leaders in the middle of a war - so, there is that possibility...
I suspect the only reason Biden has not been led into retirement is that would leave us with the cackling Heels Up Harris - willing, and anxious,
to take one or more for the team - However, Heels Up is an even worse
choice for leader as the Mid-terms approach - and the Dems are fully
aware of it.
Let's Go Brandon!
